  We ordered online for delivery. After an hour and half we called to ask where our food was. We were told "the driver went to Melrose and forgot an item so he came back" which is odd because we don't live anywhere near Melrose. When he finally arrived almost 2 hours after we ordered, the food was lukewarm and everything was soggy. Don't trust their online order tracker, either. It's useless.

  I've just had so many bad experiences here that I will never go back. They always manage to mess up my order almost every time somehow. The owner is very nice and fixes it every time and doesn't charge me but it's a problem if his staff is constantly messing up. Last night I ordered a chicken kabob sub and the girl repeated how I requested it and everything and still brought it home with no feta cheese or dressing. I've literally just had it with this place. Decent food, but definitely check your bags before leaving. Good luck.

  Deliworks & Pizzaria was a disaster for me. It took them 1 and 1/2 hours to deliver my food and when it finally came- it was all cold! My "hot" sub that I ordered from them was practically frozen. After calling Deliworks for the third time I successfully got a worker on the phone and they told me my food was on the way a half hour before it came to my house. For the price they are charging for food, I expect far better service. To be fair, when you microwave your sub for a minute it doesn't taste half bad, but I shouldn't have to microwave my food to enjoy it. Maybe the sit down food and service is way better, but I will never find out as they have lost all of my business.
