I was hoping for a great birthday cake, something close to a bakery I use to frequent years ago in Melrose. The cake was very good, but the frosting was less than special. To me the frosting makes the cake, but their frosting was just better than average, slightly better than what you would get at a grocery store. I was not impressed.August 15, 2016
